Join us for a delightful morning of networking and connection at the LUX WMN October Networking Breakfast! This in-person event will take place on Monday, October 21st, at 9:00 AM at Spuerkeess Headquarters, 19 Avenue de la Liberté.

Unfortunately, our originally scheduled guest speaker, Yuriko Backes, Minister for Gender Equality and Diversity, has an unexpected conflict and will be traveling out of the country.

But don’t worry—the breakfast will still go ahead as planned, and we’re thrilled to announce that Beate Stiehler-Mulder, from our very own LUX WMN, will be stepping in with an inspiring and thought-provoking talk titled “Beyond the Obvious: The Power of Critical Thinking in Business.”

About the Talk: Critical thinking is more than just a buzzword—it’s a skill that can transform your business and career. In this session, Beate will guide us through the mental shortcuts (like biases and heuristics) that can lead us astray and offer tools to sharpen your thinking and decision-making. As Edward de Bono famously said, “The ability to think critically is the most important skill a person can acquire.”

New Date for Breakfast with Minister Backes – Save the Date!
We’re pleased to share that our networking breakfast with Minister Backes has been rescheduled for January 9th, 2024. Tickets purchased for the October 21st event will still be valid. However, if you’d like to transfer your ticket to the January 9th event instead, simply send us an email at hello@citysavvyluxembourg.com. If we don’t hear from you, we’ll assume you’re joining us on October 21st as planned.
