Where can you find Indian spices, mini manicures, children’s books and clutches? The Pop Up Market Luxembourg, of course!
The Pop Up Market Luxembourg was born when two small businesses, Lucy Goosey’s Reading Adventure (Sarah Homer-Hutton, Aoife Murray) and Greetings from Becky (Becky Gollackner) came together. The idea is to bring together a community of small businesses in order to make access to them easier for the community at large in Luxembourg.
There are an impressive amount of small businesses in Luxembourg, many of whom are expats and who are only starting to develop links with the Luxembourgish community. The women and men who own these businesses come from a variety of countries and hence speak a variety of languages.
Sarah, Becky and Aoife saw an opportunity to bring together a selection of these businesses under the auspice of the Pop Up Market. The hope is that a community of small businesses will function together and give a flavour of what is available within Luxembourg.
