Pick 1: Charity Piano Concert by two young genius pianists
Listen to the beautiful music by Hayden, Beethoven, Chopin and Liszt will be played by 2 excellent young piano players Val and Zala Kravos, is organized by the Internations Changemakers group in cooperation with Marko Kravos, father of the players, and our Changemakers group member Geoffroy De Caritat.
The money raised by this event will be spend to renew the children’s play room at the Caritas refugee foyer “Marienthal”. There will be a break in between the concert.

Pick 4: Gregório Live
Come along to hear the Brazilian songwriter Gregório Entringer as he goes acoustic once more in the Brooklyn Bar! As an usual treat, Cassio Centurião will join him on stage to liven things up with vocals and percussion. It’s bound to be a memorable night full of samba, bossa and swing!

Pick 5: Inversion Class
Turn your weekend upside-down with Matthew Thomas Lombardo’s class. Yoga inversions like headstand and shoulderstand are the most powerful of the asanas, affecting one physically: reversing the aging process, mentally: stimulating intuition and clarity and spiritually: expanding consciousness leading to enlightenment. Learn how to invert safely with proper alignment and intention. Now that sounds like a challenge worth taking!

Dance the night away at the 3rd edition of the Alegria and Bachata party. You can participate in 2 dance workshops or just show up later for a fun night of dancing to the tunes of DJ Marc.

Sounds like the perfect Wednesday night activity to us! You’ll be given the chance to taste 4 different Champagnes and a red wine. Each glass accompanied with a tasting of parmesan. Participants will be given a 10% discount on any bottles purchased.
Pick 9: Hot Barre at Hot Box Yoga
Join our friends at Hot Box Yoga for one of their new Hot Barre classes. Barre class helps lengthen, strengthen and tone by combining cardio, stretching, hand weights and ab work. Add in some heat and you’re gain flexibility and intensity while reducing risk of injury. Detoxify, work out, enjoy the music and sweat, improve your mood!
