Alexandra is a happy mum of 2 girls, who enjoys travel and yummy desserts. She is originally from Bulgaria but has lived for many years in the US and UK. She came to Luxembourg in 2008. Alex started her own blog, What's On For Kids, and thankfully shares her what's on for kids guide with City Savvy.

Venezuelan journalist, mindfulness enthusiast and an eternal yogi student, Andreina is passionate about culture and literature. She embraces the power of details and is constantly nurturing her curiosity. She arrived to Luxembourg in 2015 and has been eager to discover the Grand Duchy ever since.

Joanna West (MBPsS) runs her coaching and psychology practice in Bonnevoie, Luxembourg. Passionate about the practical application of positive psychology in everyday life, Joanna has developed a number of workshops for both business and private clients. She is the founder of flourish.lu, North Star Coaching, and co-founder of the English Online Help service for KJT in Luxembourg.

When Luxembourgish Laurent isn't teaching at the Lycée Josy Barthel, he's following his passion for photography, earth sciences, history and rambling in his homeland. Laurent started up the Facebook page, Rambling in Luxembourg, in 2016 and will also be sharing his routes with City Savvy readers, bringing them to life with his beautiful photographs.

After a decade working at Sky news, Lisa Burke will be bringing her wealth of reporting experience to City Savvy. Lisa has used her degree in Natural Sciences from Cambridge and experience as a mother to write children's science books for Dorling Kindersley. Her dulcet Irish tones have filled the concert halls of London, Abu Dhabi and now Luxembourg, where she moved to in 2015.

Liz Wenger is a certified Luxembourgish teacher, writer and founder of learnluxembourgish.com, a website focusing on teaching Luxembourgish to English speakers of the world. Lynn Frank is co-founder of Passage, a a parent support group in Luxembourg. She has worked in the voluntary sector all her life and holds a Bachelor degree in Psychology and a Masters in Public Health Education & Promotion.

Martha has lived all over the American west and came to Luxembourg via Seattle with her husband and two children. She is a PR person turned decorating enthusiast who loves all things food but is still puzzled by the two hour lunch. She blogs about her family here and decorating here.

Meredith shot to fame at an early age, playing Jesus in her school play. It has been downhill from there. Needing gainful employment, she worked as a television producer in Los Angeles until she met her British husband in a seedy beach bar. An enthusiastic expat, she is a good cook, a bad parker and occasionally terrible mother.
- Miriam Scargall
Miriam has over ten years of experience working in museums and galleries in the UK. With a specialism in historic fashion and textiles, she has worked with all kinds of museum collections, from taxidermy to toffee wrapping machines. She relocated to Luxembourg in 2011 and can often be found route marching her children through one of the local history museums, worksheets in hand.

Neha Poddar is a textile designer by profession graduated from National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) in New Delhi. Photography, once a passionate hobby, on its way to becoming her chosen profession and City Savvy is a lucky beneficiary. Her talent gives you the opportunity to check out the style on the streets of Luxembourg.

Nikki moved to Luxembourg from England in May 2015, and spends most of her time with her two young children, watching in amazement as they take their first steps toward becoming multilingual. She is fascinated by Luxembourg's diverse mix of cultures and languages, and occasionally blogs about her experiences of living and parenting abroad at Spiralling Up in Lux. Nikki occupies the positions of both editor and writer for City Savvy Luxembourg.

Ophelia is the Chief Bookworm at Little English Bookworm; a pop-up bookshop that travels to schools around Europe but is based in Luxembourg. Ophelia loves books and loves sharing great finds. Pippa made use of her curious collection of qualifications (accountancy & finance, graphic design and marketing) in her role as Marketing Manager for a global accountancy firm before setting up as a freelance marketing consultant dedicated to helping entrepreneurs flourish. Having moved to the Duchy, she's focussing on her lifelong interest in photography, her 3 small children and, of course, contributing to City Savvy!
- Rhona Richards
Rhona enjoyed a career in theatre and television before getting a "proper job", practising as a criminal defence barrister. However, Luxembourg has seen her return to her artistic roots and she's back treading the boards and teaching drama. She's been delighted to discover a vibrant arts scene in the Duchy and looks forward to bringing you all the best in theatre, music, dance and art.

Sabrina Deisges is a Luxembourger born and still living in Dudelange. She created the Luxembourg Meet Greet and Discover Group in order to introduce every aspect of Luxembourg to our international guests. Sarita ditched the day job in London for a less hectic life in Luxembourg in August 2013. She spends her days freelance writing, arbitrating fights between her children, and waiting for ‘wine o’clock’ time (that’s 6pm for most mothers).
